Access to Music Foundation invites you to attend our Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 starting promptly at 6:00 pm, taking place at CBC Studio 700 (700 Hamilton Street, Vancouver, B.C.).

Tommy-BanksWe are pleased to welcome a very special guest, The Honourable Senator Tommy Banks who will be speaking on the importance of music education. As BC schools struggle to deliver quality music programs to their students, Senator Bank’s visit is as timely and relevant as ever. Come prepared with your questions and comments for our honored guest.

Reports on our yearly activities and achievements will be presented by our outgoing Chairman, as well as treasury report and financials will be submitted for the approval of our members. We strongly encourage representatives from music education groups and advocacy organizations, as well as parents and teachers to join the conversation about what can be done to save the future of music education in British Columbia.

We are making an effort to keep our AGM short and sweet  so there will be lots of time for conversation following the main event. To help minimize our ecological footprint, please consider downloading the AGM documents below in advance of the meeting (you will need a PDF reader to view them).
